Italian Stuffed Frying Peppers
3 Cups Bread Crumbs
2 or 3
cloves garlic - minced
3 Tbls. fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
1/4
cup grated romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups
water
1 egg
6 large frying peppers (wide in shape)
olive oil
Make
stuffing.
Stuff peppers - Use a small spoon to fill.
Spray
baking pan with non-stick spray.
Place peppers in
pan.
Drizzle olive oil over peppers and cover with foil and
bake
400 degrees F. until fairly soft. Remove foil and brown.
Note:
You may fry these on low heat until soft and golden brown.
Baking
is easier and equally good. Enjoy!
